inadi Gadgets respects intellectual property rights and expects every brand, seller, and contributor we work with to do the same. This policy explains how we protect IP on inadigadgets.com and how rights-holders can raise concerns.
1. Authenticity commitment
Every product we sell is sourced from authorised distributors, the brand itself, or vetted importers. We do not knowingly stock or list counterfeit goods. If we discover counterfeit stock in our warehouse, we destroy it.
2. Our own IP
The inadi Gadgets name, logo, store design, original product photography, and editorial copy are owned by inadi Gadgets. You may not copy, modify, or republish them without our written permission, except for normal personal use such as bookmarking or sharing a product link.
3. Brand and product images
Product names, packaging, and product photos supplied by the manufacturer remain the property of the respective brand. We use them under a normal retail licence to describe and sell the product.
4. Reporting IP infringement
If you are an IP rights-holder (or their authorised representative) and you believe content on inadigadgets.com infringes your rights, please send us a written notice with:
- Your name, organisation, and contact details.
- The URL(s) of the infringing content on our site.
- The right you hold (trademark, copyright, patent, design) and evidence of ownership.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

5. What happens next
- We acknowledge your notice within 2 business days.
- We investigate within 5 business days.
- If the claim is valid, we remove or alter the listing and inform the supplier.
- Repeat infringers (suppliers) are removed from our network.
6. Counter-notice
If we take down content you believe was lawful, you may submit a counter-notice with the same level of detail. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
7. False claims
Submitting a knowingly false IP claim is a serious matter and may make you liable for damages. Please be sure before you file.
8. Trademarks & brand mentions
We mention brand names on our site to identify the products we sell. Such mentions do not imply endorsement by, or any affiliation with, the trademark owner beyond a normal retail relationship.
