Welcome to inadi Gadgets. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website inadigadgets.com and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
inadi Gadgets is a retail business operating from Kisaasi, Kampala, Uganda. You can reach us at hello@inadigadgets.com or +256 750 581 281.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to pay using the chosen method.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include applicable VAT. We make every effort to display products accurately, but minor differences in colour or finish may exist between photos and the physical product.
We reserve the right to change prices, availability and product specifications at any time without prior notice. Where a clear pricing error has occurred, we may decline or cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
4. Orders
An order is a request to buy. It becomes a binding contract only when we accept it by sending you a written confirmation (WhatsApp or email). Until then we may decline any order without giving a reason.
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price is mispriced, the order looks fraudulent, or we cannot reach you to confirm details.
5. Payment
We accept secure online payments (cards, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery for eligible zones. Title in the goods passes to you only once full payment has cleared.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Reasonable delays caused by weather, traffic, customs or third-party carriers do not entitle you to cancel the order. You must give us a complete delivery address and a phone number that reaches a person who can receive the parcel.
7. Warranty and returns
Genuine manufacturer warranty applies to every product we sell. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use of the website
- You may not attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the site.
- You may not scrape product, pricing or customer data.
- You may not impersonate another person or submit false information.
- You may not use the site to send unsolicited communications to other users.
9. Intellectual property
All content on inadigadgets.com (logo, copy, product photos, layout) is owned by or licensed to inadi Gadgets. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without written permission. See our IPR Protection Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ugandan law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.
11. Force majeure
We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including power outages, natural disasters, government restrictions, or large-scale supplier failures.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version always applies and is available at this URL. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 14 days.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our Dispute Resolution Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
